General Information:

  • All our products have an intrinsic and raw finish that’s highly responsive to environmental conditions. Please understand that copper will naturally tarnish and develop a patina over time. Changes in colouration are not deemed a fault or damage.
  • For products that necessitate a high level of technical know-how during installation, a phone consultation will be conducted prior to dispatch. If it’s established that the chosen product is not appropriate for your requirements, a full refund will be processed before shipping.

1. Returns Due to Change of Mind:

  • Returns for change of mind are permitted under the following conditions:
    • Water supply has remained disconnected (relevant for shower roses).
    • Where applicable, the product has not been detached from its timber transit bracing.
    • All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    • A 15% repolishing and repackaging fee will be deducted from refunds due to change of mind.

2. Claims for Transit Damage:

  • Claims must be lodged via phone or email within 48 hours of product delivery. Photographic proof is mandatory.
    • Note: The natural tarnishing of copper is viewed as part of its charm and isn’t recognized as a defect or damage.
    • Where relevant, products must not be detached from the timber transit bracing. Any claims will be rendered void if the item has been removed from its bracing.
    • Upon validation of transit damage, Brooklyn Copper Co will replace the item at no extra cost once it’s been returned and assessed at our workshop. We aim to expedite replacement of damaged items swiftly.

3. Claims for Faulty Products:

  • Claims must be accompanied by photographic or video evidence.
    • Brooklyn Copper will handle the collection of the product, and a replacement won’t be dispatched until the faulty item has been received at our workshop.
    • After verifying the defect, Brooklyn Copper Co will provide a replacement free of charge and will absorb all related shipping costs.
