Order Fulfillment and Lead Time:

• Our standard fulfillment time is between 10-15 working days, followed by the shipping duration.
• Products such as shower roses typically ship the next day.
• For full shower sets and freestanding showers, fulfillment might extend to 20-25 working days, especially during our busy period (August – December). If lead time is critical, especially during these months, we recommend reaching out to us directly for more specific timelines.

Shipping Time and Costs:

• Within our primary service area on the east coast of Australia (spanning from Noosa in the North to Torquay, Geelong in the South, and including metro Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and some inland NSW locations):
  • Freestanding showers: $80 AUD
  • Other products: $40 AUD
• Shower roses carry a flat shipping fee of $30 AUD anywhere in Australia via AusPost.
• For areas outside our primary service region within Australia, especially for full shower units, shipping costs will be significantly higher due to the need for specialized packaging and the use of larger courier services.
• For international orders, specifically the USA, shipping costs will vary based on the product and location. We recommend reaching out to us directly for a detailed shipping quote and timeline.

Special Notes on Shipping:

1. Approximately 90% of our sales are from our primary service area on the east coast of Australia. However, we do ship internationally, including to the USA.
2. For full shower units shipped outside of our primary service area, additional costs will be incurred due to the need for a shipping crate.
